Brewery & The Beast is exactly what it sounds like: you have beer, and then you have meat. Lots of it. With a focus on local and ethically farmed meat products, Brewery & The Beast takes its guests through a culinary experience like no other while educating them on the importance of being a conscientious consumer. The event will feature whole pig and lamb roasts, charcuterie, smoked meats, ethnic-inspired dishes, classic BBQ, and other full-flavoured exotic foods.

Not only that, but it features an amazing lineup of chefs from restaurants such as Charcut, Model Milk, NOtaBLE, Ox & Angela, Raw Bar, and many, many more! I can’t even begin to express my excitement for this event with such a stellar lineup, it’s absolutely ridiculous.
